OTU.recap legend

Hello, I have a hard time understanding what are the four bars meaning in the plot that I generated from OTU.recap function.

I did so on all taxonomic ranks at once: ranks=c("k", "p", "c", "o", "f", "g", "s"). If you could please detail more what exactly the four of them are it would be helpful. I klnow they they represente percentage, but I don't understand the difference from at rank and total because they appear split to met in my plot... See attaached :).
