Description: InteractionEffectToggle should give user effect, but it wont

Long Description: there is BlackHabbo Gun Vender furni, which gives effect 192 everyone who interacts it, but there is no interactiontype for it

Is also used for this furni: When you sit on it it gives the player an enable and turns them into a plane. Not currently possible with arcturus.

Nope. BlackHabbo Gun Vender is not walkable. It works as vending machine.
