Pickall + ejectall

So pickall currently works on all the items in your room which you own. But there's a problem with ejectall-command, it does not eject the items. You have to pick them up one-by-one.

Ejectall is only supposed to eject(!) Furniture you dont own. So :ejectall removes all but your own furniture.
