Description: The special characters (accents, cyrillic) get replaced by two "?"

Long description: I tried things, tweaking my database encoding, disabling the wordfilter, stills happens. In chat bubbles we can't see special characters both way, but in PM we can se our own special characters. I don't know more, I hope this is enough
