Heavy Issue, Emulator begins refuses connecions

Im using Arcturus Emulator 1.13 with my Hotel, and after some Hours, the Emulator stucks or something, the Emulator is still runnning on the Server but the Emulator doesnt get new Connection, User stuck at 76%, after i restart the Emulator it works again, i dont know why but after some hours the Emulator begings everytime to stop or something.

In Arcturus 1.12 i doesnt got such a issue

Stuck at 76% means user can't connect to Hotel. If you have configured everything correctly, try and look for errors in emulator folder.

create a java thread dump and upload it somewhere.

I cannot help you if you don't give me enough information to either investigate or replicate.

Are you sure it isn't your firewall keeping connections alive or something?
