The Mute Command is just working if your rank also got "acc_anyroomowner = 1"

If your rank just got cmd_mute = 1 but acc_anyroomowner is 0 you can use ;mute x, but nothing happens, just if acc_anyroomowner is 1 too, the user gets muted.

Use :mmute as :mute is a client side command for if you are room owner and use the menu to manually mute someone. Don't blame me, habbo made it that way.
