Effect_tile does not work as it should

The interaction_type: effect_tile, does not work as it should(based on original habbo).

When you step on it, it should force the user to gain the effect immediately and stay with in the room, and when stepping back, the effect continues and does not come out, for this has the other Red effect, which removes the effects, and when stepping on another effect it earn immediately too.

This was an improvement Wesley wanted to add himself & what comes to switching enables, they are already reported.
