Effetcs in cloches box now show !

In the box where one changes there is an effects onlget but on Arcturus the effects when they are added in the database it is displayed during the connection, but as soon as the emulator is restarted the db does not display no more effects! Also, the Fxbox does not add in the database the effect so for the moment it is useless: /
