users and room report

In a help report, Habbo immediately sends a message to say that the report has been processed and what to do in the meantime (the message changes depending on the category and the chosen pattern).
On arcturus there is not this notification: One sends a report after according to the choice of the category to be received a message if the alarm and to ignore or then the Habbo remains without anything while waiting the action of a moderator. So it misses the alert that we send a report (just before an action is taken) on image 2 of the cases below
