Creating Rooms Bug / Hotelview 1.14

If hotel.room.nooblobby is set to anything different then 0 users will see the nooblobby while creating their own room.

if the hotel.room.nooblobby is set to 0, no room creating bug but instead the hotelview is disabled. just a blackscreen, makes sense because room id 0 does not exists.

Is it possible to fix this? so when this is set to 0 users will see the hotelview?
