mod tool ticket after 100characters typing

after typing 100 characters in client chat we recieve a ticket in the mod tool. is it possible to make typing limit to only 100 characters. that enyone canot type more than that 100 ?

    I do not understand.

    The client doesn't let you enter more than 100 characters in the text box. If someone managed to type more than 100 characters then they are scripting.

    You can change the limit in the emulator_settings table using hotel.chat.max.length
