Banzai tiles not affected and bots/pets not working

Hello, i have this problem that when i enter the banzai portal and jump on the banzai tiles, they don't show any color, they stay black. Have tried all portals.

And about the pets, my catalogue is just blank. I've searched for these bugs but couldn't find any fixes. (Neither on forum)
