Bug in the length accepted in 'stack_height'

Long Description: The furni pirate_mast_g has a height of 14.5 (official, see image below) which is not accepted in the db architecture of the column 'stack_height' in the table 'items_base' of Arcturus. I know how to fix this problem but the idea of this report is that it is also repaired for everyone and thus avoid compatibility problems when adding official Habbo furniture.
