Teleportier bug.

When user A is in a room and stood somewhere, and user B goes through a teleport into the room where user A is. user A will look like he's stood in the teleport to user A, until user A moves in the room then they appear in the correct place.

I think this is fixed in 1.17.0 as i cannot replicate this.
