Safety Lock

Feature Safety Lock does not exist.

A user is forbidden from the following when safety locked:

Purchasing items
Deleting rooms
Placing furniture
Picking up furniture
Moving furniture
Deleting groups
Trading
Selling furniture to marketplace
Deleting furniture

Until they unlock their account by answering their security questions. The CMS should control who is safety locked and should send RCON back to the emulator when the user is to be unlocked. This is a security feature in the real game to stop hackers entering accounts.
