Sorting of Catalogue Items in Catalogue Pages

An option to sort Catalogue Items within Catalogue Pages should be implemented.

This allows sorting of items such as the Habbo Exchange where the Bronze Coin goes first, etc.

theyre sorted by the id in items_base so this isnt really needed

It'll be a good addition to add a sort items within the catalog rather than have to redo the whole items_base entirely.

It brings much convenience just like how catalog_pages can be sorted.
