Public Room entry tiles shouldn't force exit.

For retail parity anyways. Public Room entry tiles are commonly used as walkable teleports to hallways/other rooms.

repo owner I actually added a new interaction called instant_teleport which teleports you when you walk onto it. Walking over it won't teleport you (eg your goal is different).

AFAIK, if you're entering a teleport which is placed on the "Entry Tile", you will not leave the room BUT will be teleported to the other room.
