Catalogue vip_rank

Something like Plus haves for the catalogue, because I find it difficult that having an helper rank and vip rank, and I don't want the helpers to have the vip catalogue but I also don't want the VIP members to have the helper enable.

You can set the permissions for the vip rank not to include the ambassador / help permissions.

I'm talking about an enable, and if the vip_rank option isn't doable maybe make something like for the special_enables table max_rank? Like if enable 178 = min_rank 2 and max_rank 2 people with ranks over 2 or under 2 doesn't get premission to use that enable.

Assuming Helper = Ambassador, or a rank that has access to the Helper Tool, you may arrange your Rank in a way that:
Set your VIP catalogue to minimum rank as 3 (VIP) so that Ambassador/Helper does not have access to them.
Ambassador/Helper permission can be configured manually for each rank under permissions table - that means that you can set that VIP does not have access to Ambassador/Helper privileges.
