When i try change: "handitem.give.pet.enabled=false" to: "handitem.give.pet.enabled=true" and i empty my navigator cache, the give handitem button appear, and when i click on, dont work.

I have never seen an option allowing you to give a Handitem to pets on Habbo.

It may appear on the external_variables but it means nothing.. (really)
