Hi,

It is so annoying to change people's username in the database, a :flagme command would be nice and a configurable amount of times you are allowed to change username.

Duplicate issue. This feature have been requested in #159, #217 and #319

If @Wesley12312 is reading this, do look at my Issue #319, it provides a clear way on how flagme should be implemented.
