[Suggestion] :kickall for owner

Room owners should be able to kickall. Without having possibility adding a kick message, this would kick users with the simple message "You were excluded from the room"

Only players with room rights and moderators would not be kicked

Go to your permissions table, find the column cmd_kickall and set the value to 2 for the rank.

2 for any permission means is the current rooms' owner.
