Disabled pages arent disabled

This bug hasnt been fixed since the revision update.

To replicate: Create a tab to the catalog

Then add a page to that tab and make it a sub category by adding a another page with parent_id as the one you just made.

Now change the sub category (in the picture "Perustarvikkeet") to enabled='0'

Do :update_catalogue, go to the sub category and it still loads.

Hope this is detailed enough so it can be fixed in the next release (1.6.0)
