Wired Keyword not cap insensitive

Hello,

Wired Keywords are no longer cap insensitive on Arcturus 1.6.0.

It should be cap insensitive like Habbo. For example:

If you set "Hello", the Wired will trigger if anyone says "Hello", "hello", "hEllo".
