Wired Effect: Move furni towards nearest user Fix

Hey,

today i want to report this as a request or update whatever, Wired Effect: Move furni towards nearest user dosent work as it should, it just drags to the nearest user and not as it doing on real habbo searching for users in x tiles and stuff.

and i saw beny had fix this on his version of arcturus before but cant implent it on this version
