How to make a User vip true the Emulator?

When looking at the habbo.* I cant seem to find any Methods to make a Habbo hc

With VIP do you mean a seperate rank or just regular HC? Regular HC can be bought from the shop. Make sure you've got the catalog page added and the correct entries in the catalog_items which can be found in the database.

You can also use the :giverank command to give a rank to a player.

So i want to make it so When a users joins it will check if the Users has HC if not it will give it to the User
