• The Giverank command can be used to 'give a rank' to a user that is a higher rank than you, allowing other staff with that command to demote a higher rank.

EXAMPLE: John is Rank 10, Orla is rank 9. Orla can :giverank John 1 and make him a normal user, even though he is a higher rank.
