Navigator can't search for rooms of user who are offline

When you search for a room of a owner who is offline the room doesn't show up. The owner has to be online before you can see the room in the navigator.

You can't even if they're online. This worked in a previous version, but turned unusable when wesley made an update (can't remember which sorry) But i'll take a look at this, as searching in the navigator is pretty important.
