Camera disconnect

When clicking the X or Cancel on Preview you get disconnected.

The camera works, it just that disconnect when someone clicks on cancel or the X.

Ok sorry.. Didnt fully read your question correctly.
Strange trying it out myself, but don't come across the same issue. Hope someone has the answer here, hope you get it fixed.

You must have configured your settings wrong. Double check your external_variables/external_override_variables and check console.
Camera is working. If you have a link to your hotel, I might be able to help you out even more, if you can't locate and fix the issue.
