Wrong inventory items count

Description: My hotel has inventory items limit set to 100. Sometimes, buying items from catalog throws them error, but they have less than 100 items. Reloading don't help, only working way is :empty or putting items in room.

Seems to be working as intended. Could not replicate any issues. Error is shown the limit has been reached resulting into not being able to buy furniture as that is what the limit is for.
