Staff chat currently not working

The staff chat at the moment has a flaw for instance if one of the staff members messages me on the staff chat i can see the message, however if i reply back to it they cannot see the message only i can.

Not major issue, but hasn't worked since 1.6.0.

Works if every staff member has the chat already open. If chat is closed, player does not receive the message.
