Some beds don't have a good lay height

When allow_lay = 1, it should be possible to set the stack_height to 2.00 to lay down properly (some beds need this height). Now it's only possible for stack_height <= 1.00. If the stack_height gets higher than 1.00, then the furni is too high to lay on it so you can't lay on it at all.
