Option to disable currency exchange

As we know, many users are looking for credits. In order to achieve this goal, they create plenty of accounts to gain financial advantages. Here is my suggestion:

For example, create an option in the emulator_settings table called "enable.exchange.verification.needed". If this option is enabled, the exchange furniture or catalog page is only activated for the user when the mail_verified column in the users table is true. The mail verification would be part of the web developer, but it is much safer than an IP address, which can be changed nowadays in a few seconds.

Can't tie permissions to a specific page as its not a custom layout (like pets, limited items sold etc etc.)

If you don't want redeemable furniture to be sold to users who have not verified their email create a new rank for those that have and set the minimum rank to that id.

I like the idea, but honestly it is pointless. Citizenship would be a 1000 times better.
