Param issue with :alert

The error handling of :alert isnt done right. When you forget the username you get the message ''commands.error.cmd_alert.forgot_username''. But when you enter the username and forget the message you get again the message for the username. You should get the message ''commands.error.cmd_alert.forgot_message''.
