Builders Club

Not so important, but a nice feature. For example you could make a builders club to be diamonds and have it full of rares for nice room creators, they just couldn't sell or trade them. They would be rentable etc.

It should have like 2 different tables; bc_pages, bc_items (catalog_items) Would be a nice feature, but not necessary.
