Multiheight issue

Description: The multiheight function does not work correctly.

Long Description: When the furni remains in a specific position the multiheight function does not apply to the entire width of the furni, it only works on the main tile. In the example I used the furni 'cine_platform'. Something similar also happens when it comes to a multiheight furni that is only configured with 'allow_walk' without having 'allow_stack' as the furni 'hs_stairs_black' for example (https://i.imgur.com/IDilzPB.gif)
