Big bug with Rental Space

Hello,

When we rent a space, we can not rent other spaces that are in other rooms.(Logically, it's rented space per person per room).

When we rent a space and connect or the room is reload, other players can rent the space.(I looked at the code, and changing the extra_data column is not done)

If a user has rented a space, he can put furnis in other rooms
