Update commands refreshing (improvement)

All tables and values are not currently refreshed with update-commands. Would be a major improvement If they could be, as Arcturus is stable enough to be online more than 1 day.

:update_navigator

• Doesn't update custom floorplans. Needed in 1.12.0 as of you can't really use import anymore.

:update_config

• Doesn't refresh gamecenter images configurations.
• Doesn't refresh threads.

Then there is ofcource achievements and hotelview, but they are here #877 and here #876
