Custom floorplan editor

The way this works is kinda buggy, but it's not what I'm here to report. I already made an different one on that.

Users are continuesly being salty for the fact that it's actually 32x32 and not 64x64 as their used to in Plus emulator hotels. I'm wishing you would change it to 64x64 as that's what users would prefer more. Or make it like an emulator_settings value.
