Enable command | You cant disable the effect

When you enable an effect by yourself by typing as example: :enable 1

When you want to disable this you usually type :enable 0. The effects stops but when you rejoin the room or go to another room the effect is on again. Please fix this.

Could not replicate.

Disabled effects for ranks (permissions table). Typed :enable 20 Typed :enable 0 Reloaded room No effect.

Seems to work correctly.
