Open Folder/ Omni Load project issue

Hi Christopher First tank for the great tool you done.

i got a issue where the file (.pas/.dpr/ pascal file) are scanned and indexed for the Go to definition witout take in count the Files:Exclude setting in vscode (file-preference-settings- Files:Exclude)

Im sure you can fix this easy
