support unicode unit names

Former user created an issue

The plugin doesn't support unicode unit name. It says 'SemiColon' expected found ''(A4711), while Delphi supports unicode unit names.

    Does this cover unit names with character such as ‘æ', ‘ø’ and 'å’? if not, I will open a new issue?
