Jump to "var" section

Would be nice to get a shortcut that jumps to the current scope’s “var” section, useful for older versions of delphi that dont allow inline variable declarations.

Preferably would work like, control + shift + v → goes to var section, allows you to type variable name, tab, type, tab → jumps back to where you were.

I’m able to help i’d just need a few pointers.
