Ctrl + Click Not Working

Error/Info "The "global" command is not available. Make sure it is on PATH"
Appears to happen when trying to load refs for ctrl + click. Ctrl + click no longer works as of VS Code 1.11.1 as a result of this.
Can't seem to find any other details, but I would be happy to get any additional information if needed.

The error message is coming from a different Pascal extension for Visual Studio Code. You can get support here.
The OmniPascal extension is working in VSCode 1.11.1
