Add Summary support

Hey there, is there the possibility that you can add XML-Summary Documentation support?

So i mean that you can see the Summary description of a function if you hover it. (Like in Delphi / Visual Studio)

An automatic summary generator for the function/procedure under the cursor would also be very nice.

Ps: Love your VsCode extension. (Thumbs up)
