Add code formatter

I think a code formatter is really needed. Especially when you work with a team and everybody is insisting to use their own coding style. Can you use Jedi Code Formatter in this extension?

I've made a CLI version of Jedi Code Formatter, so it can be used as code formatter within VS Code (through task). Perhaps it can be packaged with OmniPascal. HTH.

Thanks for your support! Nice to see a CLI version of the code formatter. I would like to add support for the formatter but I don't want to ship it together with OmniPascal as the package would get bigger and users would need to download binaries they never use. Maybe there's a way to ship it as a separate extension? I guess this should be possible.

Is there a binary release for Windows, Mac and Linux? If not, can you add them as releases to the GitHub project?

If you read the readme file, I mentioned in a note section that I've provided the binary for Windows, Mac, and Linux. 😊

I have extracted the formatter from my Pascal extension, adding support to OmniPascal extension, so now you can install it independently.

The new extension is called Pascal Formatter (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=alefragnani.pascal-formatter)
