Go To Definition opens files from backup directory in Lazarus projects

When I ctrl+click (go to definition), it opens wrong file from backup directory that Lazarus creates, I have to delete those files to make it open the correct file.

I excluded those directories using "files.exclude" options, also tried "files.watcherExclude" as well "search.exclude" and added "**/backup": true, but it didn't work, it still opens the wrong file from backup directory.

Is there any option for OmniPascal to ignore those files?
