OmniPascal doesn't contribute brackets

Hello

The OmniPascal extension doesn't contribute brackets for bracket matching.

The Pascal extension does, maybe their config could be ported to OmniPascal.

The reason for this request is other extensions such as Bracket Pair Colorizer 2 require this to work.
