[TRACKER] Issues with host Application

1. shortcut for reload script action
2. bug: if graphic has axis Y with empty name its scale is not show or 'Numbers for scale is not shown if graphic does not have a name'
3. can not open file from network share
4. its not possible to create two html views
5. html tab occupies 'focus'
6. font in report tab
7. most quick and short way show values on X axis
8. width of the combo
9. is it possible to change content of the combos in runtime (when configuration is already shown)
10. Host.SetStatusText does not work
11. issue with caching user's input
12. encoder v2 does not work with files that is not from current dir
13. app crashes if view has 2 next graphics: 1st has limit but 2nd has only scale
14. Configuration.AddItem(name, value); Value is float; User enters string; Script gets zero
15. 'AddItemEx' works buggy if input is on 2nd page and does not default value except type's default (0 for int in our case)
16. GraphViewObj.AddComment ignores coords if command is AD
17. GraphicView1.MainAxisName = "super_X_asix_name" allows to name X axis for view. if name is pretended with '\n', its merged with values line
18. every 2+ vertical marker will overwrite previous ones on same positions. Same for horizontal marker
19. horizontal marker is not a marker indeed
20. Host.SynchByEx returns wrong results for 41th empty frame
21. Incorrect color is drawn in report tab
22. v4.3.1.9 - does not work html report
23. (not sure if its related to html script): scale for graphic does not work if axis name is empty
