Place energy counter or average counter will result in a crash

Crash report - http://pastebin.com/3Ywg36Ke I've never seen this before and have Googled it with no joy. When either on a server or in single player the server/client will crash about 10-20 seconds after I place these blocks from nuclear control. Average counter and Energy counter. No idea why this is happening, any help? this is on the FTB DW20 1.0.3 pack. Really love this mod and I'm trying to display my EU/t generation but my server admin will probably start getting annoyed at me if I crash the server every 2 seconds.

Issues do not belong on here. Go to Github. Also, the DW pack uses a version six updates old; therefor I do not support it.
