Display Panel Resetting

We have been having a problem where the display panels reset to their default display settings when people disconnect. Not only that but the display settings dont seem to be synced with everyone on the server. So for example, if we have a panel with a fluid sensor array showing total stats (all sensors combined) every time you log in you have to go into the settings and uncheck the "Show all cards" option. This has to be done every time you log in for each person individually. So say if my friend unchecks the show all cards option it will update the display settings for him but it will not update for me until i go in and uncheck the option as well.
